Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Basic Property Management Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Commission and Payouts
- Affiliates will receive a 50% commission on the net sale price for each eBook purchased through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are paid out to the affiliate's registered PayPal account approximately 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale was recorded.
- It is the affiliate's responsibility to ensure their PayPal information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Chargebacks and Refunds
- If a customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback for a sale you generated, the corresponding commission will be voided and deducted from your future payouts.
- Prohibited Activities
- Self-Purchases: Affiliates are not eligible to earn commissions on purchases made through their own affiliate links. The program is intended to reward affiliates for referring new customers.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, cookie stuffing, using misleading links, or any other method to artificially inflate commissions. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes fraudulent activity.
- Misrepresentation: Affiliates may not misrepresent our products or our brand. This includes making false claims about the content of the eBooks, guaranteeing results, or using our brand name in a way that implies you are an official representative of Basic Property Management.
- Spam and Unsolicited Communication: Affiliates may not use unsolicited email (spam), or any other form of unsolicited communication to promote our products.
- Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, without prior notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms. In the event of termination, any outstanding commission payments will be forfeited.
- Modification of Terms
- We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes. By continuing to participate in the program after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
